STATEMENT OF SALES POLICY

Paddock Laboratories guarantees that our products, at the time of shipment, conform with the requirements of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.

TERMS
Prices are subject to change without notice.

Net 30 Days. All orders over $50 are shipped prepaid to U.S. destinations. Orders under $50 will be assessed a $10 handling charge.

CII Products: All CII orders require Schedule II Order Form (DEA Form 222).

Any required or requested AIR or EXPRESS service will be charged to the customer.

RETURNED GOODS POLICY

    OUTDATED AND OVERSTOCK
  1. PRIOR AUTHORIZATION from our Return Goods Department is required for return or destruction of outdated and overstock merchandise.  Upon your request, we will provide an authorization letter by fax or by e-mail.  If you have any questions regarding return goods authorization, please contact our Return Goods Dept at 1-800-328-5113  Ext. 291. 
     

  2. Returns will be credited to your direct account or through your wholesaler.  No check will be issued.   Any requests to transfer credit from our direct account to your wholesaler will result in a 20% reduction to your original credit.  Credit will be based on current price or acquisition price, whichever is lower. 
     

  3. All products should be sent to Stericycle Direct Return.

Upon receipt of merchandise in GOOD CONDITION, credit will be issued to your account based on current price or acquisition price, whichever is lower.  Paddock Laboratories will not be responsible for any freight and/or handling charges.

    4.  To request a DEA Form-222 to return CII products, please contact Stericycle Direct Return via phone: 877-574-5043 or via fax: 866-808-1159.

    5.  Items not eligible for credit:

A.  Damaged or deteriorated through no fault of Paddock Laboratories.
B.  Involved in a sacrifice, fire, natural disaster or bankruptcy sale.
C.  Merchandise received at Stericycle Direct Return more than one year after expiration date.
D. Opened or partial packages.

DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES
All damages and shortages must be reported to our Customer Service Department within 30 days of receipt. If you have any questions regarding our Statement of Sales Policy or Return Goods Authorization, please call Customer Service at 1-800-328-5113.
